Solution A :

1. Click on the Chrome Menu on the browser toolbar.
2. Select Settings.
3. Click Show Advanced Settings.

4. In the “Network” Section, click Change Proxy Settings. This will open the Internet Properties window.
5. Under “Local Area Network (LAN) settings”, click on LAN settings.

6. Under “Automatic configuration”, just empty the address field

7. Click OK
8. Restart your Google Chrome web browser

Solution B :

1. Go to settings
2. click Manage search engines
3. delete them all except google(default)

Solution C :

1. Install and run chrome clean up tool (can google how it works)
2. Reset chrome (it will not reset your bookmarks, history and password, will just remove cookies, force logout to accounts, remove browser startup pages, remove pin tabs)

이렇게 해도 또 생겨나서, 크롬을 재설치한 후, 이상을 없앨 수 있었다.
